The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, in coordination with the Middle Fork Crow River Watershed District and other partners, will begin a planned drawdown this fall of Hubbard, Schultz and Wheeler lakes in western Kandiyohi County near Atwater.

The Renville County West Jaguars fell to 0-2 on the season following the team’s 46-6 loss to the Hills-Beaver Creek Patriots last Friday in Hills.

The game was called during the third quarter on account of lightning and inclement weather in the area.

The BOLD Warriors have yet to be at full strength as they dropped their second consecutive win to open the 2026 season.
